Also, off of my previous comment, I have thyroiditis w/multiple nodules that need to be biopsied every 2 yrs.

Would you talk about Dr. Kason Fung & his advice as a nephrologist with 24-36 hour fasting every other day to reverse type 2 diabetes...I did this for a while & I could not sustain it...also extremely low carb & high fat...neither had helped at all. 74 yr female
